TjillSkillz; dans en theater voor jongeren, is een initiatief van Damar Lamers en Angelique van Beckhoven. TjillSkillz bestaat sinds 2004 en werd in 2007 een stichting, die zich specifiek richt op jongeren en hun persoonlijke/ theatrale groei via talentontwikkeling.
